Paul Cormack / Pclix Designer / Visual Artist / Canada
These time-lapse clips were shot during the designing and testing of the Pclix LT plus various times since then. I've worked in Television and Film production since the age of 17 and continue to do so some 33 years later. This career has spanned many areas of pre-production, production and for the most part post production. My works in some cases have been seen by billions of people around the world. Having 4 Emmy awards (I'm not bragging, it's just a fact) and a credit list longer than your arm has made for an amazing journey.
If you would like to see more of my work from television and film go here www.visuality.ca
This sequence was shot on Santa Clara Island, Cuba in Feb of 2009. Santa Clara Island is located at the end of a 48 kms causeway off the north coast of the main island. Cuba is untouched by many aspects of the west. The US still has its embargo imposed upon Cuba however most other countries trade openly with Cuba. The country is extremely beautiful as are it's people.
This sequence was shot in Toronto, Canada at the Canadian National Exibition during the summer of 2005. Shooting from mulitple angles adds to the visuals. The sequence was assembled in Quicktime Pro then edited together using Final Cut Pro on a Mac.
This sequence was shot at 9,000 feet above sea level on Maui, Hawaii. The camera is located looking north from Haleakala the volcano which formed Maui over many millions of years. This island is extremely beautiful, if you can get there one day I would encourge you to do so. It's not cheap, be warned. If you go take a camera with loads of memory space.
